Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions that power business analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in ETL/ELT processes, dimensional data modeling, SQL optimization, and modern cloud-based data platforms, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where data integrity and performance are top priorities. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, enterprise-grade data solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise data warehouse architectures and data marts
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems
- Create and maintain dimensional and relational data models, including star and snowflake schemas
- Write, tune, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through validation and monitoring processes
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Support reporting, dashboarding, and analytics needs across the organization
- Implement performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning strategies
- Manage data security, access controls, and compliance requirements
- Document data models, pipelines, and warehouse architecture thoroughly
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query writing and optimization
- Strong development experience with Informatica IDMC CDI and CAI
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with cloud data platforms, including AWS
- Experience supporting machine learning or advanced analytics workloads is a plus
- Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage is a plus
Experience
- 5 or more years of experience as a Data Warehouse Developer or in a similar data-focused role
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
