Description:WHAT WE'RE DOINGWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services to support our production, development, and global operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management, to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
THE WORK• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure the procurement of materials and services that meet our business needs.
• Contract Management: Negotiate, administer, and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of materials and services.
• Procurement Operations: Manage the procurement process, including requisitioning, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management, to ensure alignment and support of business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including export controls, ethics, and quality standards.

•Experience with LMAP/CAP policies and procedures
•Ability to read drawings and an understanding of the build to print process
•Understanding of the DR (Discrepancy Report) and VR (Variance report) process from beginning to end
•Familiar with E-Source, DocPak, and Matrix 1
•Exposure to terms and conditions/negotiations

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
