Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Project Manager to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project management activities while also supporting robust revenue cycle reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations and is comfortable working across multiple platforms to extract, validate and interpret data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so familiarity with revenue cycle metrics, KPIs and terminology is essential.
Top skills or competencies to be successful:
- Hands on experience managing projects with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, including billing, coding, claims, denials and reimbursement processes.
- Proficiency in pulling, organizing, and validating data from revenue cycle platforms and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret and contextualize revenue cycle data for non-technical stakeholders
- 3rd party vendor management and Risk management experience
- Communication, team building, coaching
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):
- Minimuim of 5 years of project management experience, revenue cycle operations experience or similar.
- PMP certification preferred
- Prior experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or health information management strongly preferred.
- Required travel up to 20%
- US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

- Ensure reports and deliverables meet the standards of the client and are delivered on time.
