As Senior HVAC Service Manager, you will lead maintenance and service execution for large-scale mechanical and cooling systems supporting mission-critical operations. This role focuses on service reliability, MTTR reduction, and lifecycle performance, not mechanical design. This role oversees ongoing Data Center critical infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines and implements strategies aligned with Oracle processes and industry standards. Oversees site selection and assessment activities across programs or regions. Leads cross-functional design and commissioning review efforts. Partners with key stakeholders to remove blockers and provides recommendations, solutions, and resources to met operational requirements and specifications. Provides guidance to teams on the administration of contracts and reviews policy documents to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices. Oversees the proposal review process of maintenance plans and escalates/shares findings with senior leaders for approval. Leads the development of training programs for newer team members, ensuring they align with team goals.
