Raytheon is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join the SM-3 IB program as a Material Program Manager on The Standard Missile 3 team located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. We are looking for a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In this role, you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Program Team for Supply Chain. You’ll contribute to the execution of Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs from the front end of the business through contract closure.
The successful candidate will influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of one’s own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.
What You Will Do:
- Brief program and customer leadership teams on Supply Chain status, material constraints and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans
- Support supplier negotiations and drive PO placement as required to meet program cost and schedule objectives
- Contribute to timely and compliant quarterly Estimates At Completion (EACs) to include Risk & Opportunity management
- Identifying Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (T-Attachments) and/or Modifications (TCMs).
- Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
- Generating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs), and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes.
- Generating and processing Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.
- Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
