Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with mobile devices, plans, and accessories
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and services
- Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, upselling additional products or services to maximize satisfaction and sales
- Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is well-organized and inviting
- Handle all cash transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person
- Support retail sales goals through effective communication skills, product knowledge, and proactive customer engagement
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership roles
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, or working in a grocery store environment is advantageous
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management
