Overview
The Project Coordinator will support Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) projects within a semiconductor fabrication facility. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, managing documentation, and supporting cross‑functional teams to ensure AMHS projects are executed safely, on time, and within scope.
This position requires a strong understanding of fab operations, construction or tool install environments, and the ability to work effectively with engineering, vendors, construction teams, and manufacturing stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for AMHS projects within a live semiconductor fab
- Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables
- Support tool install, AMHS expansion, retrofit, and optimization projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Interface with AMHS vendors, tool owners, facilities, safety, and operations teams
- Assist with risk tracking, change management, and issue escalation
- Ensure compliance with fab safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
- Support shutdown planning, installation sequencing, and readiness reviews
- Provide status updates to project managers and leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or support roles
- Experience working in a semiconductor fab, high-tech manufacturing, or similar regulated environment
- Familiarity with AMHS systems (OHT, stockers, conveyors, vehicles) strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, operational environment with shifting priorities
