Generational Group is seeking a Manager, M&A Buyer Coverage to join our M&A Buyer Intelligence Center.
Position Overview
Ideal for financial professionals with sales experience looking to enter the exciting M&A industry, with additional career track opportunities.
The Manager, M&A Buyer Coverage is responsible for strengthening and expanding our buyer ecosystem while driving growth of the DealForce platform. This role combines data intelligence, buyer relationship management, and subscription development to ensure robust buyer engagement and measurable platform adoption.
Core Responsibilities:
1) DATA – Maintain and update buyer database and acquisition criteria.
2) RELATIONSHIPS – Engage buyers and manage ongoing communication.
3) DEALFORCE GROWTH & SUBSCRIPTION SALES – Promote DealForce and drive
subscriptions.
4) LIST DEVELOPMENT – Build targeted buyer lists.
Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with deal teams and marketing
- Build and maintain buyer lists
- Manage Salesforce buyer data
- Present deals aligned to buyer criteria
- Promote DealForce and drive subscription growth
- Network at industry events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 2+ years corporate finance or IB experience
- Experience with CapitalIQ, PitchBook, etc.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Compensation:
$50K Base + $10K–$20K Bonus
Location: Richardson, TX
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
