The Position
Dynamic Drain Technologies is looking to add a Senior Vice President of Sales to our sales team with experience selling into residential buildings (mid-rise/high rise condominiums & apartments), universities or industrial facilities. The position will be based in Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities
The SVP of Sales leads the company's revenue-driving engine through several critical functions:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Sales Leadership: Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Fiscal Management: Preparing and managing the sales department budget and ensuring financial targets are met. Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets to achieve company goals
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales metrics and KPIs, using data analysis to refine tactics and improve win rates.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key enterprise clients, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning sales efforts with marketing, product, and finance departments to ensure consistent business growth.
Requires
- Experience: 10 to 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required, MBA preferred
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead geographically distributed sales teams building a positive, high-performance culture
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate broad company goals into actionable sales initiatives and long-term plans
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills at an executive level
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and data to drive sales performance and forecasting
· Proven track record: of selling into one of four market segments:
1. Large residential buildings and campuses preferred
2. Industrial/manufacturing
3. Health care including hospitals, testing labs and pharmaceutical facilities
4. Federal properties
· Mechanical and infrastructure experience a plus
Compensation
- Base salary and performance-based bonus (range $150k - $250k annually)
