Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a UX Designer-related occupation. Position requires 4 years of experience in the following:

Applying aesthetic, visual design, and UI design principles as well as principles of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), human behavior, and cognition to products

Partnering with UXR to define and measure success and analyze data to generate solutions and evaluate outcomes

Analysis of industry and market trends or competitive analysis to inform strategy

Leading design projects in a complex, cross-functional organization and influencing high-level stakeholders and teams through data-driven storytelling and presentations

Systems thinking to analyze interrelationships between components within complex product or organizational systems

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000 - $231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into thoughtful, creative, and innovative design solutions
- Lead engagements with partner teams to define the evolution of our brand and system to meet emerging consumer needs
- Integrate user feedback, research insights, and business requirements into ongoing product updates and experience refinements
- Advocate for design- and brand-centered improvements and build consensus across the company to gain support for the overall design strategy
- Analyze user data and key metrics to evaluate product impact, propose UX enhancements, and drive business objectives
