- Provide strategic leadership and direction for casino operations, marketing and guest services across multiple North American locations
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and market share expansion
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies and responsible gaming initiatives
- Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, monitor and report on financial performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop property general managers and department heads to achieve operational objectives
- Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, key partners, and host communities
- Oversee the introduction of new products, services, and technology enhancements to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with Marketing and loyalty teams to develop promotions and campaigns tailored to regional markets
- Drive a culture of excellence in guest services, safety and security
- Oversee a team of 6-7 Sales Executives

-Minimum of 15 years' experience in casino sales or operations with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role
-Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site casino operations with substantial revenue responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of North American gaming regulations and industry best practice
-Proven ability to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team development
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-Willingness to travel frequently across North America
