What You Will Do
-
Develop and manage standard data‑gathering and reporting processes across multiple HR Talent functions, using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Own research initiatives, partnering with the Workforce Intelligence team to gather and interpret data, answer talent‑related inquiries, and build executive‑level reports that support scalable talent strategies.

Conduct targeted analyses for the Raytheon Talent Leadership Team and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights. Analysis topics may include labor market trends, attrition and retention insights, and talent acquisition forecasting.

Recommend improvements to data collection, reporting processes, and data governance across Raytheon Talent.

Serve as the central hub for available datasets and historical talent data, ensuring rapid access to insights that inform organizational decisions.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate data into simple, compelling narratives that drive organizational change.

Report to the Talent and Organizational Health Operational Excellence Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Support cyclical reporting initiatives, including annual targets, dashboards, executive presentations, and ad‑hoc analyses.

Provide flexible consultative support during periods of increased demand, including communications, presentation development, project management, and strategic problem‑solving.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 6 years experience

Experience with using MS Excel such utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and templates.

Experience with using MS Word such as creating professional reports, maintaining versioning/formatting, and incorporating visuals and tables.
-
Experience with using MS PowerPoint such as creating executive-ready presentations, building visuals, data summaries, and formatting and standardizing templates.
Qualifications We Prefer

Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
