Job Description Summary
The Senior Program Management Organization Leader will lead a team of 4-6 Program Managers and 5 Hardware Owners to drive execution across program priorities. This role serves as a key interface with both internal and external customers and is responsible for ensuring program needs are aligned with shop commitments to support delivery and execution objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage program managers and hardware owners in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
- Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of leading program management teams) + minimum of 5 years of leading program management teams experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
