Job Summary
Hilton Supply Management (HSM) leverages deep industry expertise to proactively manage supply chains for more than 6,000 hotels across the United States and Canada, allowing hotel teams to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of the Reporting Applications team, this role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity and reliability of HSM's data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will oversee data management processes, ensure data quality and consistency, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define and uphold data standards. Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for products, suppliers, and other business-facing data
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Identify data gaps and take appropriate actions to address them
- Maintain and update the Data Dictionary on an ongoing basis
- Review Brand Standards Guide documents and convert product data into standardized data templates
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources, definitions, and processes
- Develop a thorough understanding of data processes and overall data flow between HSM systems
- Examine system data mapping, profile data, and provide recommendations on appropriate mappings
- Engage with business and data stakeholders to resolve questions and issues in a timely manner
- Assist with defining success criteria and metrics for the ongoing monitoring of data quality

Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in data stewardship, data analysis, or a related field
- 1+ years experience working with a Master Data Management tool, such as Informatica, is preferred
- 1+ years experience working with Microsoft SQL
- Experience supporting disciplines related to data entry, data quality, and data operations
