Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Resource. This successful resource will be responsible for management of day-to-day architecture, support, and operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the Sys Admin for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment including configurations, users, and roles in Marketing Cloud
- Translate business requirements into solutions.
- Monitor the health of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform and implement updates.
- Responsible for new or existing Marketing Cloud data sets including setting up data extensions or email journeys.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for integration, workflows, and solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the manager prefers more experience.
- Experience with SQL, AMP script, and SSJS scripting languages to create content.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience communicating with marketing team to gather requirements for campaigns, journeys, promotions, data analytics, surveys, etc.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant, Email Specialist, and/or Developer
- Experience with Figma, Email on Acid, and Cloud Pages
TERMS:
