TFSEnterpriseData & TechnologyPlatforms team isseekinga passionate and highly motivated Product Operations & Enablement Lead. In this strategic role, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leaders to drive transparency, consistency, and data-driven rigor across the product organization. Reporting to the Head of Product,you will sit at the intersection of product vision and operational execution, ensuring that our scaling efforts are well-managed, and anchored by a continuous, user-centric feedback loop.

Success means enabling a mature, agile product operating model that continuously evolves with best practices and emerging methodologies, while fostering strong alignment across teams.
Lead communication strategies for product planning, launches, and experience releases to ensure clear,timely, and effective information flow across customers,stakeholdersand C-Suite leaders
10+ years of experience in product operations, enterprise consulting, technology transformations, or organizational change management.
Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, communication prowess, and analytical capabilities.
