The Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend team is one of the fastest-growing business units in the enterprise, uniquely positioned at the intersection of our retail and healthcare businesses at a pivotal moment of expansion. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Partnerships & Product to help shape and scale our offerings across HSA/FSA, SNAP/EBT, OTC Benefits, and WIC. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the crossroads of strategy, partnerships, and execution and genuinely wants to improve how people access and use their health benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and launch new supplemental benefits offerings owning the work from strategy through commercialization and keeping the customer experience at the center.
- Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers, benefit administrators, and external partners, serving as a trusted advisor from early conversations through the long-term relationship.
- Ground decisions in a deep understanding of consumer behavior, using analytics, customer insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify white space opportunities and shape business cases that move investment decisions.
- Partner with digital, IT, inventory, merchandising, marketing, and product teams to advance initiatives together, keeping workstreams aligned on timelines and goals.
- Cultivate strong working relationships across the enterprise, engaging colleagues as thought partners to deliver the strongest outcomes for the customers we serve.
- Translate complex program details into clear recommendations and narratives to make faster, better decisions.
- Define the next generation of supplemental benefits offerings in a space without an established playbook, with the room and autonomy to shape how they come to life.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare, retail, CPG, or venture capital
- Demonstrated experience developing strategic partnerships and bringing new offerings to market
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Hybrid schedule, three days per week in our Rhode Island, Boston, or New York office
- Ability to travel on a limited basis
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years management consulting experience or equivalent expertise
- Experience working across B2B2C and D2C business models
- Omni-channel experience across digital and physical retail
- Curious, impact-driven mindset with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$90,480.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
