The Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to Shuttle and Parking customers.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers
• Greet and engage with passengers and offer informational assistance
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding Parking and Shuttle services available
• Assist the with transporting passengers to onboard and offboard
• Work will primarily take place outside, including exposure to seasonal elements
• Coordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak times
• Transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed
• Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation
• Follow safety precautions at all times
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
