Boeing Singapore has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Specialist under Boeing Global Services to join the dynamic team in Singapore.
Position Responsibilities:
This is a shift work position (24/7) and you will be required to rotate through 3 shifts.
Execute and achieve the objectives of the Integrated Materials Management and Component Services Program under Boeing Global Services.
Emphasis on execution and supporting program customers/suppliers around the world.
Perform order fulfillment through expediting the supply of needed items by liaison, coordination and follow-up with internal & external stake holders.
Works at the functional or program level to oversee administration, AOG support Plans and supply change management processes.
Point of contact for customer enquiries and support teams.
Coordinates development of solutions to order fulfillment related issues with product support teams, customers and suppliers.
Assist in the development of documentation related to Daily Management Tip Sheets, Business Scenarios and Desktop Procedures.
Identify special demand from customers and coordinate with Planning / Asset and Repair Teams for a viable plan.
Coordinates with 3rd party logistics provider to track shipments for both forward and reverse logistics.
Basic Qualification (Required Skills / Experience):
1+ years of experience supporting either Operations, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management or Supply Chain functions
1+ years of experience supporting internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills, team-oriented mindset and ability to work with minimum supervision
Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills / Experience):
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management or equivalent discipline
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot Tables, Word and PowerPoint)
