- Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing products to restore functionality and ensure quality
- Inspect products for defects, perform post-repair functionality tests, and maintain equipment and tools
- Document repair processes, findings, and parts used, ensuring accurate and organized records
- Communicate repair updates and timelines while handling products with care to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve repair goals in a respectful and supportive environment
- Follow safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or equipment issues
- Contribute to maintaining quality and consistency by adhering to repair procedures and standards

- No diploma required; Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed

Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
