Our cybersecurity organization is seeking a Cybersecurity Reporting & Analytics Lead to support the Raytheon GSS Cybersecurity organization by transforming operational and cybersecurity data into actionable insights that improve decision-making, risk visibility, compliance tracking, and service execution across the business. This role supports all cybersecurity service domains by analyzing critical operational data and delivering meaningful reporting, metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
Under the supervision of the Cybersecurity Solutions Sr Manager, this position serves as the organization’s primary reporting and analytics resource, responsible for aggregating, validating, normalizing, analyzing, and visualizing data across a variety of cybersecurity platforms, workflows, and operational activities. The role supports the design, development, optimization, and sustainment of cybersecurity reporting and business intelligence capabilities that improve operational visibility and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, combined with experience in business intelligence, operational analytics, and data governance practices. This individual must be capable of identifying trends, improving data quality, developing meaningful performance metrics, and translating complex operational data into actionable insights for both technical teams and executive leadership.
This role partners closely with ISSMs, ISSOs, service owners, Direct Leadership Teams (DLT), and Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) to improve visibility into cybersecurity operations, service demand, authorization posture, sustainment activities, and organizational performance metrics. Although this role does not have direct reports, the individual may provide guidance, consultation, and analytical support across the business while helping mature enterprise reporting capabilities, data governance practices, and data-driven decision-making across the GSS Cybersecurity organization.
This role requires 100% onsite presence at a Raytheon facility with specific network access. Eligible locations include Tucson, AZ; Northeast US; or Dallas, Texas area.
What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity dashboards, metrics, operational reporting, and executive scorecards using enterprise reporting platforms such as Power BI.

Aggregate, normalize, validate, and analyze cybersecurity and operational data across multiple tools, repositories and security domains.

Analyze operational trends, service demand, authorization posture, sustainment activities, corrective actions, and risk indicators to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Support enterprise reporting associated with RMF activities, authorization lifecycle management, continuous monitoring, POA&M tracking, and compliance initiatives.

Partner with ISSMs, ISSOs, service leads, DLT, and SLT to develop standardized reporting that improves operational visibility and supports informed decision-making.

Assist with defining and implementing standardized reporting methodologies, KPIs, data governance practices, and reporting consistency across cybersecurity.

Support automation and integration efforts between cybersecurity platforms, reporting repositories, and operational workflows to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Prepare and brief leadership on cybersecurity operational metrics, trends, risks, service performance, and organizational indicators.

Identify opportunities for operational improvement through data analysis, trend evaluation, and process assessment.

Support ad hoc reporting requests, audits, leadership taskings, strategic initiatives, and enterprise data calls across the Raytheon GSS Cybersecurity organization.

Periodic travel to Raytheon locations as required to support stakeholder engagement, workshops, or operational initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

Relevant experience in any combination of the following:

Cybersecurity operations, sustainment, or compliance activities

Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Information System Security Manager (ISSM) responsibilities
-
Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization and sustainment activities
-
Cybersecurity reporting, analytics, dashboarding, or data visualization
-
Data analysis, trend analysis, or operational performance reporting
-
Experience working with enterprise cybersecurity tools, repositories, or incident management platforms
-
Experience supporting classified environments or compliance-based cybersecurity programs
-
Experience interpreting and analyzing operational or compliance data sets to support decision-making
-
Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Splunk, or similar technologies.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience supporting DoD classified environments and DCSA authorization activities.

IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other)
-
Experience with RMF, DAAG, JSIG, NISPOM, NIST SP 800-53, or related cybersecurity frameworks.

Special Programs or Proprietary Programs experience.
-
Prior experience as an ISSO, ISSM, data modeling, cybersecurity analyst, or compliance analyst.

Experience developing executive dashboards and cybersecurity operational reporting within Power BI or similar platforms.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
