Process and execute outbound shipments in SAP and WAWF, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Generate accurate bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels and other required commercial and/or government documentation for domestic and international shipments

Coordinate transportation with approved carriers to ensure cost-effective, on-time delivery

Ensure all shipments meet export, import, and DOT regulatory requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production Control, Quality, Contracts, Customer Service, and Global Trade
-
Interface with Program Support Management, Contracts and Government representatives to produce error-free documentation that is delivered efficiently and within defined time constraints.

Work independently with minimal supervision; recognizing when assistance is required

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Experience working in a government compliance driven environment, following policies and procedures
-
Experience with SAP Delivery process applications
-
Experience with WAWF (Wide Area Workflow) for Government acceptance in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Systems (DFARS)
-
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position requires a U.S. Secret Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense Industry

Experience working with both internal and external customers including Production Control, Quality Engineering, Program Leadership, Contracts Management and Government Quality representatives

Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Experience with US Government DCMA Transportation Platform

Current DOD Secret Clearance

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
