Senior Product Manager LAN (Colombia, Peru & Ecuador)
About the Role
The Senior Product Manager LAN will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing the strategic and tactical brand plan within the assigned therapeutic area across Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador.
This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare system dynamics and stakeholder needs, enabling the identification of demand generation opportunities and sustainable brand growth.
The position requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership through influence, as it does not include direct people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the brand strategy and positioning, aligned with business objectives and product life cycle.
Define and execute the brand’s strategic and tactical plans in collaboration with the Core Value Team (CVT).
Execute, monitor, and optimize brand plan initiatives, ensuring effectiveness and efficient budget management.
Develop and manage the sales forecast, incorporating market and demand variables.
Own and manage the brand budget responsibly.
Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and scientific associations.
Plan and execute scientific events and medical education activities.
Lead the development of promotional and educational materials for healthcare professionals.
Integrate digital strategies to enhance engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Access teams to maximize brand impact.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field).
Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, or related roles.
Required: Experience in high specialty markets within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
Proven experience in marketing plan development, product launches, market analysis, and budget management. (Preferred)
Strong understanding of healthcare systems and stakeholder management.
Experience working closely with commercial teams and healthcare professionals.
English required.
