Effectively manage financial controls (EVMS), Risk and Opportunity and RLPM to drive execution excellence, process and consistency across programs

Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging RLPM and CORE

Deliver projects on time and on schedule through leadership of cross-matrixed teams

Establish, drive, and maintain key programmatic metrics, define milestones and critical path, monitor adherence to program budgets and schedules, and direct work to achieve these metrics

Develop and present the program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and financial forecasts outlook and commits to specific financial goals and obligations

Accountable for program EACs, PMRs and business forecasting reviews.

Interface with multiple internal and geographically dispersed team members, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

Lead cross functional team to establish and execute a sourcing strategy for European Stinger production potential partners

Ability to travel 50% of the time as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience is required

Experience in Program Management and Risk & Opportunity Measures
-
Experience with production programs
-
Working knowledge of EX/IM and Security requirements
-
CORE certification or process improvement equivalent
-
PMX Certification Level 3, or ability to obtain within 12 months
-
Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Establish and maintain key program metrics which will act as critical process indicators to meeting and/or exceeding program deliverables

Experience with establishing and working with international suppliers

Experience with international teaming agreements

Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and establish relationships with external Customers and/or Suppliers

DCS and/or International Program Management experience

Experience working US Government programs

Experience developing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval

This position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ OR Andover, MA

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
