Description:You will be the Finance Analyst Sr for the Tactical Missiles Advanced Programs Finance Team. Our team is responsible for supporting a wide range of program finance functions, including budgeting, earned‑value measurement, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Analyst Sr you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight and guidance across the Tactical Missiles portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead long‑range planning and manage financial metrics for the business area.
- Provide support and present financial data for Contract Status Reviews to senior management.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and perform funding‑profile, sales‑outlook, and variance analyses.
- Ensure funding availability by maintaining expenditure records and submitting timely funding requests.
- Perform additional finance duties and assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree
Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
Desired Skills:Experience with Earned Value Management
(EVM)
Bachelor's degree focus in Finance, Accounting
or related discipline
Preparing accompanying analysis and
recommendations for presentation to various
levels of leadership
Demonstrated leadership experience Experience
with developing and reporting business metrics
Knowledge of Government contracting and
pricing
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,
primarily
Excel
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
Experience in new 1LMX tools including Cobra

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
