Who we’re looking for
The Dealer Training Analyst is responsible for the operational, analytical, and communication support that powers the national Dealer Training program. This role serves as the data and reporting engine for the team, helping identify dealer opportunities, measure training effectiveness, and support continuous improvement through actionable insights.
You will manage complex reporting, analytics, scheduling, resource coordination, logistics, and communications that ensure seamless execution of dealer-facing training initiatives. Partnering closely with the Dealer Training team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will consolidate data from multiple systems, build dashboards and reports, and translate findings into clear recommendations that support business decisions and improve dealer performance.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the dealer training strategy is executed effectively, with a strong focus on data integrity, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and program impact.
What you’ll be doing
Operational Support: Support the annual Dealer Training schedule and day-to-day program operations. Help resolve logistical issues and ensure smooth training delivery across regions.
Reporting & Analysis: Collect, validate, and analyze training attendance, feedback, and performance data from multiple systems. Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into training effectiveness, participation trends, and dealer opportunities.
Insights & Recommendations: Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders. Identify trends, gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities that enhance training delivery and dealer performance.
Communication & Coordination: Develop and maintain training communications and support stakeholder alignment across Dealer Training, Field Sales, L&D, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams.
Project Support: Assist with reporting enhancements, workflow improvements, and other program initiatives. Track action items, manage timelines, and support execution of key deliverables.
Vendor & Budget Support: Help coordinate with third-party vendors and support budget tracking for program delivery and related activities.
What you bring
Four-year college degree preferred; degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field a plus.
2+ years of experience in Sales training, training coordination, event management, data analysis, reporting, project management, or communications.
Experience collecting, consolidating, validating, and analyzing data from multiple systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time.
Bonus if you have
5+ years of experience in training, reporting, analytics, or related support roles.
Familiarity with captive automotive finance, dealership operations, or automotive buying behaviors.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Lucidchart, LMS reporting tools, or SQL.
Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, or trend analysis.
Strong written communication skills and experience creating dealer-facing materials.
A continuous improvement mindset and experience identifying process enhancements.
