What You'll Be Doing
- Project Management focused on acquisitions, mergers, greenfield, and disposal activity. Lead delivery of HR due diligence, TSA development and control, transition, and integrations through collaboration with functional HR leaders.
- Coordinate with Business Development and HR functions to complete project due diligence, ensuring all aspects of the transaction are thoroughly vetted.
- Oversee HR integration of acquired companies, including managing workflows, establishing standards, and ensuring business continuity post-merger.
- Lead targeted cross-functional HR projects ensuring alignment with NAM business goals, HR strategies, and initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support HR Management by leading and coordinating cross‑functional HR projects, assessing and reporting key HR metrics, and driving consistent, effective project communications with business and functional stakeholders.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing HR-focused projects, preferably supporting M&A, integrations, or large-scale change.
- Strong project management fundamentals (scope, tools, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting).
- Hands-on experience coordinating HR back‑office functions (HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, employee data).
- Experience supporting HR due diligence, TSA activities, and post‑close integration execution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, track project metrics, and timelines
Work Environment
This role operates in a collaborative office environment, partnering across HR, Business Development, and key stakeholders to support M&A and project initiatives.
