We’relooking for a talented Creative Operations professional to join us. Our work is at the intersection of design andcutting-edgemessaging technology. As part of this team,you’llhave the opportunity to support Messaging Sales Enablement (RCS), partnering with sales, marketing strategists, and other creative talents to bring our messaging capabilities to life.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, creating compelling sales enablement and marketing materials. You will produce graphic design assetsand visual storytelling materialsfor RCS demos, write clear and persuasivecopy, and develop polished, executive-readypresentation slides.
As a Creative Operations professional, you should be comfortable working independently to translate sales and marketing strategies into compelling creative assetsand visual narratives. Additionally, you shoulddemonstratestrong communicationskills by presenting and articulating creative decisions in the context of sales enablementobjectives. You will serve as a key creative resource for the Messaging Sales Enablement team, including:
Experience liaising with senior and junior team members, with willingness to roll up sleeves and pitch in as needed
Able to articulate and support creative decisions using design and presentation best practices
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not mandatory. *equiv. work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$50,188.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
