As a Global Process Owner, the lead will be responsible for driving the following business objectives:

Risk & Governance: Driving E2E, cross-functional design and alignment to manage and oversee customer entitlements, including credit assessment on revenue opportunity

Operational Efficiency & Automation: Automating complex financial calculations to reduce friction and rework

Digital-First Experience & AI-First Operations: Defining and embedding AI and automation into entitlement reporting to accelerate data research and report generation, enable self-service, and reduce team engagement to focus on higher-value strategic work

Business Velocity: Leading Oracle Customer Entitlement Services transition into the next generation Fusion Services and HelpDesk.
Internal Responsibilities
Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
