The Director, Real Estate Delivery – EMEA/APAC is accountable for theend-to-endexecution of real estate transactions, projects, and portfolio initiativesacross Europe, the Middle East, Africa, andAsia-Pacific. This role leads regional delivery teams and partners to execute DPS's global real estate strategy while navigatingregulatory diversity, market variability, labor frameworks, and geopolitical considerations.

Overseeproject executionacross the region, ensuring adherence to approved scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards.

Strategic Space & Site Delivery
Support site changes, relocations, expansions, and consolidations, including coordination with FM and Property Services for operational readiness.
