Conducts the operation of motorized equipment to move loads throughout warehouses. Ensures compliance with safe work practice policies and procedures. Applies functional equipment operations knowledge to maintain performance goals and meet store order needs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Collects and reads store orders that include item location, descriptions, and quantity.
- Gathers the required cases of merchandise and transfers cases to pallets.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by following safety guidelines.
- Participates in training for other warehouse duties.
- Carries out area strategy to maintain performance metric standards.
- Conducts routine technical support tasks for equipment operations under general supervision and communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal team.
- Completes appropriate moves and replenishment activities.
- Performs preliminary safety checks of equipment.
- Carries out sorting and staging pharmacy, piece pick, and case pick orders, and consolidates merchandise.
- Contributes to maintaining a clean and safe working environment and ensuring working area and aisles are clear of debris.
- Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (courteous and cordial).
- Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job task.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Perform other duties as requested by the department lead/supervisor and or manager.
- 0-2 years’ work experience.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
