About the Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP):
Oracle is proud to sponsor an internship and integration program that exposes transitioning military veterans and active-duty Military Spouses new to the corporate culture, provides hands-on job-skill training and experience, and offers enhanced professional and personal development. At Oracle, we are committed to the development and professional growth of our veterans and military spouses. Our paid internship program is specifically designed to aid military veterans, transitioning servicemembers and active-duty military spouses new to the corporate sector in their transition to a career in the private or public sector.
Veterans and Military Spouses accepted into our program will work closely with corporate leadership, military veteran coaches and HR professionals to help prepare for a successful transition. Interns will engage in on-the-job training and professional development in fields such as information technology, technical/systems consulting, technical support, facilities, finance, human resources, logistics, marketing, sales or developmental training in sales or for customer support (as available).

The Oracle Construction and Engineering Industry Unit is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Intern to support the development and execution of a demonstration data strategy for Oracle Construction and Engineering solutions. This role is ideal for individuals interested in enterprise applications, data transformation, systems configuration, and business process enablement within construction and engineering technology solutions.
The Role:
As a Demonstration Data Strategy Intern, you will work closely with solution consultants, product specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders to help create, transform, organize, and maintain demonstration-ready data environments that support customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and sales enablement activities.
This role will involve learning Oracle Construction & Engineering solutions, understand system architecture and data relationships, and help develop realistic, scalable demonstration datasets aligned to facility and asset maintenance use cases.
The ideal candidate is curious, technically inclined, highly organized, and comfortable learning new systems quickly. Candidates should enjoy solving problems, working with structured and unstructured data, and collaborating across teams to support impactful demonstration experiences.
Responsibilities could include:
- Assist in developing and executing a demonstration data strategy for Oracle Unifier and Unifier FAM environments and other solutions as applicable
- Learn and navigate Oracle solutions and configurations to understand data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities
- Analyze existing data sets and transform or reconfigure data for compatibility with updated demonstration environments
- Support importing, exporting, cleansing, and validating data between systems and platforms
- Develop and maintain demonstration-ready assets, maintenance, facility, and operational data aligned with business use cases
- Identify gaps in available data and help create new datasets to support demonstration scenarios and customer storytelling
- Assist with creating and updating import templates and configuration files required for system uploads
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure demonstration environments align with existing solution materials and sales resources
- Utilize AI-assisted tools and automation technologies to accelerate data generation, transformation, and formatting activities
- Support redevelopment and enhancement of existing reports and dashboards using current and newly developed data sets
- Create new reports where gaps exist based on understanding of business processes, use cases, and reporting requirements
- Document processes, data mappings, transformation logic, and configuration approaches for repeatability and future scalability
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving sessions across the Construction and Engineering organization
Required Skills and Experience:
BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Business, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Data Analytics or related experience preferred including assisting with:
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about solutions, collaborative, and adaptable
- Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team setting
- Excellent project management skills
