This role is an administrative and operational support position for Advisor Annuity Distribution services. This role involves supporting the distribution of annuity advisory services in a dynamic and high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales setting.
It is our intention to fill this role in Columbus, Ohio or Scottsdale, Arizona, however, on occasion, applications from internal candidates that are working remotely who bring critical industry skills and relevant experience may considered.
This position will be hired on a Success Flex basis.

As a Coordinator, you'll provide technical and administrative support. You will gather and coordinate statistical data, prepare summary reports, maintain support procedures and coordinate administration of department function(s) with other areas. You'll provide clerical support as assigned.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates and organizes workflow of department projects.
Maintains records, checks data, prepares and distributes standard and ad hoc reports from a department specific database.
May assist in the preparation of the annual budget; tracks expenses and prepares monthly budget reconciliation reports.
Develops and maintains administration procedures, manuals and office files.
Maintains and updates office records, rosters, directories and/or manuals.
Analyzes meeting notes and minutes and compiles information into reports for distribution.
Responds to a wide array of inquiries of moderate complexity. Redirects messages as appropriate.
Coordinates department facilities support such as inventory, moves, supplies, repair calls, telephones, etc.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager/Director/Officer. This is an individual contributor role.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: High school studies; undergraduate studies in related field preferred.
Experience: Typically, up to two years of related administrative experience preferred.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Knowledge of office practices and procedures, intermediate mathematics, office filing systems and record keeping procedures. Good communication skills. Organizational skills for project coordination.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and Human Resources Business Partner.
