Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing in a Hotel Resort setting, to lead our sales initiatives and marketing efforts, driving growth and expanding our market presence. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets across multiple channels, including outside sales and B2B markets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, motivation, and guidance to maximize performance and growth.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts in technology and technical sales sectors.
- Oversee account management activities to nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Design innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall business objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to analyze sales data, track pipeline progress, and optimize sales processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a DOS in Hotel sales, B2B sales, and management within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated success in hotel sales/business development and account management roles.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with analysis skills to interpret market trends and customer insights.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and digital marketing tools to support integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in Hospitality CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and analyzing performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
