Transaction Manager – Lease & Contract Review Job Information

As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst , you will support real estate transactions by providing both contract-focused review and transaction execution support across a portfolio of leases and agreements. This role plays a key part in reviewing, redlining, and analyzing leases and contracts, identifying key risk and business terms, and preparing documents for leadership review.
This position is part of CBRE’s Brokerage function and supports clients with non-traditional real estate assets and lease structures , including arrangements that extend beyond standard brick-and-mortar properties. You will collaborate closely with transaction leadership to ensure documents accurately reflect negotiated terms and that transactions progress efficiently from review through closeout.
This role may be performed remotely. Prior experience supporting transactions or legal document review in a remote or distributed work environment is strongly preferred. What You’ll Do
Review, analyze, and redline leases, contracts, amendments, and related transaction documents to ensure alignment with negotiated business terms.
Identify key legal, financial, and operational considerations within agreements and summarize findings for the hiring manager’s review.
Prepare clean and redlined versions of documents, clearly documenting changes and issues requiring escalation.
Support transactions involving non-traditional and alternative real estate models , including flexible, virtual, or emerging occupancy structures.
Track transaction and lease data including commencements, renewals, terminations, financial terms, and critical deadlines.
Assist with transaction implementation and coordinate closeout activities, ensuring proper documentation and handoff to lease administration teams.
Provide transactional and financial breakdown support related to rent structures, escalations, and deal economics.
Participate in lease negotiation support by reviewing revised drafts and identifying changes between document versions.
Maintain transaction records and support quality assurance programs, KPIs, and transaction reporting.
Work within standardized CBRE procedures while exercising judgment when reviewing complex or non-standard agreements. What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience ; a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Legal transaction, contract review, lease administration, or transaction management experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience reviewing and redlining contracts, leases, or similar legal documents.
Ability to interpret lease and contract language and identify inconsistencies across document versions.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word (redlining and document comparison) and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and an inquisitive, analytical mindset.
Intermediate math skills with the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial figures.
Comfort working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating effectively in a remote or hybrid environment . Disclaimers Equal Pay & Pay Transparency Disclosure
The pay range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 25% , subject to individual and business performance.
The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s education, experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and applicable laws. Work Authorization & Location Requirement

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 annually, with eligibility for a target bonus of 25%. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and overall alignment with the role’s requirements. In addition to base salary and bonus eligibility, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and other company-provided benefits.
