What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily aggregate production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Coordinate and guide team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and support timely maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and team accountability.

- Prove leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations with a strong focus on developing high performing, safety driven teams.
- Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high hazard environments.
- Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
- Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
