What you´ll do
- Lead initiatives to improve how legal work flows across the business, including process mapping, process optimization, design of intake systems, creating self-service tools or automating repetitive tasks.
- Develop systems and protocols to organize data, information and institutional knowledge so the team can find, access and re-use it more effectively.
- Manage medium and large regional legal projects focused on process improvement, substantive matters, and department initiatives, and coordinate with the overall legal team to support global projects.
- Evaluate, implement, refine and maintain legal tech tools and adapt standard company software and tech solutions (including AI) to legal initiatives.
- Organize and support the onboarding of law firms and other legal vendors, track fee arrangements, and monitor performance.
- Develop, track and report on KPIs related to work volume, allocation timing, and feedback.
