Asa CBRE Sr. Facilities Coordinator, you’ll join the global headquarters of anexciting, fast-growing media company in the heart of Times Square. This second shift,on-site role supports approximately 120,000 square feet of dynamic workspaceand puts you at the center of a high energy environment.
You’llhelp keep operations running smoothly by partnering with the client, maintenanceand vendors. You will be coordinatingwork orders and serving as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day facilityneeds.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as theprimary communication link between the client and various vendors, respondingpromptly to inquiries and ensuring timely, high‑quality service delivery.
- Engagedirectly with the client to support their facility needs, build strongrelationships, and deliver a consistent, high‑touch customer experience.
- Track labor,materials, and vendor work performed in support of tenant needs.
- Schedule andcoordinate repairs with vendors or technicians based on work order requests.
- Analyze workorder data to evaluate vendor performance, completion timelines, and overallprogress.
- Build andmanage a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) matrix for the building.
- May performbasic repairs, such as tightening hardware and replacing bulbs.
- Maintainaccurate and organized documentation, including work orders, proposals,department files, and vendor‑submitted paperwork.
- Documentincidents and produce weekly and monthly trend reports to identify patterns andareas for improvement.
- Manage badgeactivations, deactivations, and role‑based access permissions.
- Identify andresolve routine and non‑routine issues independently using establishedprocedures.
- Evaluateoptions and select appropriate solutions from predefined guidelines.
- Contribute toteam success through accurate, high‑quality, and timely service and informationdelivery.
- Followstandardized processes while receiving moderate supervision and guidance asneeded.
- May prepareand deliver presentations to internal departments and large groups ofemployees.
What You’ll Need
- A High SchoolDiploma or GED with 2–5 years of experience is required.
- The idealcandidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build andmaintain effective working relationships.
- Should becomfortable working independently while demonstrating sound judgment,initiative, and professionalism.
- Familiaritywith working in a high‑rise building environment is preferred.
- Basic handymanskills are required, such as changing lightbulbs, tightening screws, orperforming other minor repairs.
- Experienceusing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred.
- Candidatesshould have basic financial experience, including tracking costs, reviewinginvoices, and supporting budget‑related tasks.
- The ability tofollow standard work routines and procedures is essential.
- Strongcommunication skills are required to ensure clear and accurate informationsharing.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is needed.
- Strongorganizational abilities with an inquisitive, problem‑solving mindset areimportant.
- Basic mathskills, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups, arerequired.

New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator position is $30.00 hourly and the maximum salary for the Sr. Facilities Coordinator is $31.25 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
