We're on a journey to advance how health happens with technologies that empower patients, support clinicians, inspire innovation, and save lives. Our mission? To create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.
It’s a big challenge, but big challenges are what we do best. We’re already transforming some of the world’s largest health systems—helping them turn data into lifesaving decisions and better patient care.
We want people just as dedicated as we are to improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe. If you're excited about making healthcare more human, you've come to the right place.
We are seeking an experienced consulting professional with expertise in Oncology workflows, Oncology care delivery best practices, and healthcare technology solutions within cancer centers, infusion clinics, ambulatory Oncology, or integrated health systems. In this role, you will independently deliver high-quality consulting services and implement Oracle Health Oncology solutions to meet client needs while applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
As a Principal Consultant, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary Oncology teams—including oncologists, nurses, infusion staff, pharmacists, and operational leaders—to assess current workflows, design future-state processes, and optimize Oncology service line operations. You will guide clients through system design, configuration, testing, and workflow validation while identifying risks, resolving issues, and communicating project status to stakeholders and leadership.
This role requires strong ownership of integrated Oncology solution components, cross-functional dependencies, and complex workflows that directly impact patient care and operational success. You will also work closely with internal teams to coordinate configuration updates, project timelines, and implementation deliverables while ensuring alignment across interconnected solutions.
As a key team member, you will build strong client relationships, navigate complex stakeholder discussions, mentor associate consultants, and demonstrate strong collaboration and leadership skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, passionate members who want to shape the electronic health records systems for active-duty service men and women, their beneficiaries, our Nation’s Veteran’s, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.
