We're on a journey to advance how health happens with technologies that empower patients, support clinicians, inspire innovation, and save lives. Our mission? To create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.
It’s a big challenge, but big challenges are what we do best. We’re already transforming some of the world’s largest health systems—helping them turn data into lifesaving decisions and better patient care.
We want people just as dedicated as we are to improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe. If you're excited about making healthcare more human, you've come to the right place.
We are seeking an experienced consulting professional with knowledge of Oncology workflows, Oncology care delivery best practices, and healthcare technology solutions within cancer centers, infusion clinics, ambulatory Oncology, or integrated health systems. In this role, you will support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Health Oncology solutions while delivering high-quality consulting services aligned with Oracle methodology, company procedures, and industry best practices.
As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary Oncology teams—including oncologists, nurses, infusion staff, pharmacists, and operational leaders—to support workflow assessments, future-state design, system configuration, testing, and implementation activities. You will work closely with clients to understand operational needs, identify issues, communicate project updates, and contribute to effective solution delivery.
This role requires strong collaboration, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting integrated Oncology workflows and cross-functional processes. You will coordinate with internal teams to track configuration updates, implementation milestones, and project deliverables while ensuring alignment across interconnected solutions.
As a valued team member, you will build strong client relationships, contribute to problem-solving discussions, support associate consultants when needed, and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
