Your Role:
As the Custodial Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the growth and operational success of ABM at a client site. You’ll lead a diverse team, build strong client relationships, and ensure top-tier service delivery.
Pay: $75,000 annually

Responsibilities
· Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
· Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
· Ensure service quality meets client expectations.
· Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
· Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellence.
· Support special projects and initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with audits and safety standards.
· Foster positive relationships with labor unions.
Qualifications
· Must be 18 years or older.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
· Strong understanding of service industry trends and operations.
· Experience in janitorial services within manufacturing and distribution sectors.
· Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
· Computer Proficiency Required – Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CMMS software
