What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and operate cement manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance on plant systems
- Support material handling processes, including conveying, blending, and storage
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report operational issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of continuous safety improvement

- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
