The Vice President, Enterprise Adoption & Enablement is accountable for enterprise-wide strategy, planning, and execution that drives measurable adoption and enablement of prioritized investments across the enterprise portfolio related to programs, projects, and products involving new technologies, digital capabilities, and redesigned business processes. Working closely with other stakeholders who contribute to enterprise change success, this leader is a key contributor to the maturity and effectiveness of the organization’s enterprise change management capability.They will lead and develop a team of adoption and enablement professionals, and design and scale an operating model in collaboration with user experience, digital solutions, organizational change management, training, communications, enterprise portfolio management, and business architecture functions.This role partners with senior leaders across the business to prioritize and drive adoption and enablement outcomes, remove barriers, and create, embed, and sustain behavior change.
What will the employee do in this role?
·Enterprise adoption and enablement strategy: Define and continuously improve the enterprise adoption and enablement strategy and multi-year roadmap, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy, business priorities, enterprise and technology portfolio sequencing, and approach to enterprise change management.
·Adoption and enablement operating model & governance: Establish adoption and enablement standards, playbooks, and governance (e.g., ADKAR-based approaches, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and reinforcement) to create consistent execution across the organization.
·Portfolio planning & prioritization: Partner with enterprise project managers, technology leaders, digital product managers, and change management leaders to size and align adoption and enablement efforts, sequence releases and ensure adequate change capacity for major initiatives.
·Metrics & outcomes: Own a measurement framework (adoption, enablement, proficiency, resulting/sustained behavior change). Align metrics to key functional and business objectives and outcomes. Beyond metric measurement, analyze and report insights and feedback to appropriate stakeholders; adapt adoption and enablement strategy and plans accordingly and drive continuous improvement.
·Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate adoption and enablement strategies and plans with enterprise change management approach, ensuring integration with organizational change management, user experience, communications, training, digital solutions, enterprise project management office (PMO), business architecture, front-line sales, and support functions to ensure enablement, cohesive launches and sustained usage.
·Process and role impacts: Lead assessment of change impact resulting from business process changes; partner with business architecture and process owners to deeply understand and enable support of redesigned workflows, controls, and handoffs needed for successful adoption and enablement related to business processes.
·Training and development partnership: Partner with training and development functions to develop curricula, role-based learning paths, and reinforcement strategies; ensure adoption and enablement team understands and contributes meaningfully to training and development effectiveness and related measurements.
·Organizational change leadership & communications: Collaborate and deliver through holistic approach to enterprise change leadership, including the use of established frameworks, messaging, people and process enablement, and communications strategies that accelerate adoption and enablement and build change readiness and resilience.

·Risk, controls, and readiness: Ensure adoption and enablement strategies and plans incorporate compliance, security, and operational readiness considerations; surface risks early and drive mitigation plans.

Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in organizational change, IT, business, or a related field (advanced degree focused on the same areas preferred).
Work Experience
10+ years of progressive experience leading technology adoption and enablement, change management, and/or business transformation at an enterprise scale.
Certifications
Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or equivalent demonstrated experience and expertise

- Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or similarly regulated environments
- Familiarity with emerging technology domains (cloud, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity) and their people/process impacts
- Experience with large-scale operating model changes, frontline enablement, and sustained reinforcement strategies
