As the Boeing Global Services Information Technology Senior Manager you will lead a team of IT professionals responsible for partnering with BGS Government Services business leaders to strategize, coordinate and execute the breadth of Information Technology initiatives that support transformational and sustaining IT capabilities.
Responsible for building and sustaining strategic relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape, ensuring strong alignment between IT priorities and business objectives. Leads the definition, alignment, and delivery of IT strategic goals that enable enterprise performance and business growth. Develops and communicates forward-looking IT roadmaps, and drives the deployment of new capabilities in close coordination with business execution.
Provides enterprise leadership for coordination and integration across core IT teams and product divisions to maximize value from strategic initiatives, including Digital Transformation and subsidiary integration efforts.
Champions continuous improvement in unit cost performance while advancing innovation and new IT capabilities within the constraints of the Information Technology budget. Leads, coaches, and develops the IT Business Partner team to deliver these outcomes with excellence.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees and mid-level managers
Manages cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery; coordinate solution teams, architects, program managers and stakeholders to integrate solutions
Ensures continuous improvement by capturing and sharing lessons learned to improve IT processes, tools and practices
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT) products and services
10+ years of experience in business requirements and analysis on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with management interface
10+ years of experience leading or managing integrated technical projects or teams across multiple organizations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Masters degree, computer science or similar discipline
Experience in formal project or product management and history of delivering initiatives producing measurable productivity or efficiency gains
Experience with stakeholder management, communication, and change-leadership skills
Experience influencing leaders and cross functional dispersed teams
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams (e.g., leading lean workshops, conducting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), resolving conflicts, producing clear actionable outcomes
Experience with lean problem-solving skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $191,250 - $258,750
