Operational Excellence: Drive performance across cost, schedule, quality, and technical metrics. Support predictable project execution and continuous improvement through initiatives like CORE.

Technical Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Ensure the delivery of high-quality aerospace systems through engineering excellence.

Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, global program partners, and senior leaders. Deliver concise and insightful updates via business reviews and reports.

Organizational Development: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, development, mentorship, and retention.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational accountability, maintaining audit readiness.
Qualifications you must have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

2-3 years in Engineering leadership experience, including managing complex programs and cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in high-technology settings.

Technical expertise in one or more domains such as embedded systems, mechanical systems, electronics design, or systems integration.

Communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across multifaceted teams and leadership levels.
