JOB QUALIFICATIONS
The qualified associate who assumes these responsibilities will be expected to:

- This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform final inspection of parts, assemblies, or products to verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and contractual requirements.
- Review and validate inspection records, test results, certifications, and product documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Serve as a Designated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR) in accordance with applicable customer and business requirements (If applicable)
- Ensure all nonconforming conditions are identified, documented, and escalated per established quality procedures.
- Verify configuration, traceability, marking, packaging, and shipping readiness prior to release.
- Support first article inspection, process verification, and audit readiness activities as needed.
- Interface with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and customer representatives to resolve inspection and documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records in Oracle and TipQA.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce escapes, improve process capability, and strengthen compliance.
