As a Learning Leader on the Federal Learning team, you will coordinate the successful execution of learning activities at federal client sites. This includes managing training milestones, supporting trainer and adoption coach readiness, coordinating training delivery, and partnering with client and project leadership to support end-user adoption.
You will serve as a key learning point of contact for assigned engagements, helping ensure the client site is prepared for successful training events. You will track dependencies, escalate risks or barriers, support on-site logistics, and monitor learning performance indicators to keep training activities on schedule.
The ideal candidate is a strong project leader, effective communicator, and collaborative partner who can manage complex learning activities in fast-paced, high-visibility federal healthcare environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Consult with client leadership to develop site- and role-specific learning strategies and project plans to achieve targeted learning-enabled business outcomes.
- Lead and execute single site learning projects, including implementation of learning curriculum, identification of curriculum gaps, tracking learning milestones, communication to stakeholders and post-project evaluation.
- Propose creative solutions to mitigate identified project risks and overcome barriers, partnering with project leadership as needed.
- Leverage learning systems to monitor, analyze and report on key learning performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement.
- Direct on-site logistics for training events and other learning-related meetings.
- Localize and implement the training strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance and meet project objectives.
- Be knowledgeable of changes within the deployment and sustainment methodologies.
- Build, manage and foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- At least 4+ years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience, including:
- At least 1 year in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management, or other client-facing roles.
- Additional higher education and/or work experience aligned with the duties of the role.
- Experience supporting or managing training project activities, including planning, coordination, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, or delivery readiness.
- U.S. citizenship, required due to federal client contract requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
- Oracle (Cerner) EHR experience.
- Experience leading learning activities for healthcare, federal, or large-scale technology deployments.
Expectations:
- Must be willing to travel up to 75% as business needs dictate.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
