Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support the daily administrative operations of our Parking Department. This role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn valet procedures to assist with overflow or special events. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and adaptable to both office and field responsibilities.
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain parking records, permits, and documentation.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Prepare reports and assist with data entry and filing.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding parking logistics.
Operational Support:
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching valet staff when needed.
- Learn and perform basic valet duties during peak times or special events.
- Monitor parking lot activity and report any issues or violations.
- Support inventory management of parking supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
- Ability to learn and perform valet parking procedures.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods when assisting with valet.
