A well-established FedEx Ground contractor is hiring full-time delivery drivers out of the Pearl, MS terminal. We are looking for dependable individuals who show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in doing the job right.
This is a fast-paced, physically active position. Successful drivers are energetic, self-motivated, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service every day. If you enjoy staying busy, working independently, and being part of a team that values professionalism and accountability, this could be a great fit.

Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $125–$150 per day
- Weekly pay
- Optional 6th day available for additional income
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Most routes finish around 5:30-6PM
What You'll Do
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout Pearl, Richland, and downtown Jackson
- Operate company-provided vans and box trucks
- Load and organize your vehicle for maximum efficiency
- Manage your route independently while maintaining communication with management
- Provide professional customer service throughout the day
- Safely complete deliveries while maintaining a steady pace

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of driving or delivery experience within the last 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
