What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily ready-mix concrete operations across plants, dispatch, and fleet to meet service and production targets.
- Drive safety performance and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate production, delivery schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost control.
- Lead and develop operational teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and performance.
- Monitor key metrics and implement process improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams in a fast-paced operations setting.
- Ready-mix concrete batch plant experience needed
- Strong operational, logistical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Ability to use data and performance insights to drive decisions and improvements.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and with customers.
Work Environment
- The role includes time in ready-mix plants, dispatch environments, and active job sites.
- It involves exposure to outdoor conditions, equipment, and vehicle traffic.
- Work schedules may vary to meet business needs, including early mornings and extended hours.
